What a great pair of genuine guys Ollie and Jacob are. Part exchanged my car and got the best price. The car I bought needed a few little jobs and these were all done in with price. Very happy with overall service. Would definitely recommend and use again. Dee

Jacob and Ollie have been fantastic in helping me with my car. Bit of a long one but I hope it helps: I'm rubbish at buying cars; I don't know what I'm talking about and have been burnt in the past. I explained this to Jacob when I initially spoke to him, and he was reassuring but in no way pushy throughout. When I visited, both him and Ollie were great at talking me through my options - I was really clear that I had a very limited budget but just wanted something that wasn't going to break and was reliable for my little boy, I wasn't particularly worried about much else. They whittled down options for me and I ended up going for a C3 Picasso (which I found ugly, but practical and they ensured it was within budget for me). I typically forgot to ask all the questions you're supposed to ask when you buy a car, but, and this has made all the difference in the world to me and ensured I'll be a return customer, the after care has been amazing - I communicate with Jacob and he couldn't be more patient and understanding. They agreed to put it through its MOT for me so I had peace of mind and sorted out anything that it failed on, and when a couple of issues came up (which they were almost bound to - it was a 12 yr old car with a lot of miles on a small budget), they have swiftly and cheerily dealt with them for me. They even let me settle into the office and use their Wifi to work whilst they fixed something for me! Can't recommend these guys enough if you want someone trustworthy who isn't just going to give you the hard sell and then ignore you/fight with you if something goes wrong. They've been fair and up front about everything. Thank you
