Graham and his wife are the most loving and helpful people iv come across.
It's a well looked after lake and people that fish there are also very helpful with advice.
Both lakes for well stocked . Both lakes are fantastic For beginners and season pros . Carp range between 3-25lb in the top lake also stock in the top lake are some nice chub . In the bottom lake there is a mix range of carp and other small fish.
I highly recommend fishing the lake for the enjoyment and peacefulness of the venue .
