Bill Sykes Hampshire Wedding Photographer

Bill was fantastic. We wanted to have more of a documentary style wedding photographer and Bill DELIVERED. We cannot believe the quality of the photos and how he managed to get pictures of all of our guests without intruding on our day. He was incredibly discreet and yet always there when you needed him - I don't know how he did it! Absolutely delighted and would 100% recommend Bill as a wedding photographer to anyone. We must also add, Bill dealt with our date changes (covid wedding victims!) and some changes of plan/mind with such kindness and patience!

Having Bill as our wedding photographer was an absolute pleasure. A very relaxed approach, you almost wouldn't know he was there - Taking more of a natural shoot than the more staged photos. Everything went as hoped. Thanks

Bill was a fantastic photographer and just what we wanted for Jules and I's big day. After looking at the portfolios of many photographers we settled on Bill because of the quality of the images and his attentive, yet unobtrusive approach. We were more than happy with our choice when it came to the day: Bill managed to capture everything we wanted - many people noted how good he was and how they forgot he was there and therefore felt more relaxed. The pictures and the album he put together were fantastic - well worth it.

We chose Bill to do the photography for our wedding in June 2013. We married at Norton Park nr Winchester and it was clear to see on the day that Bill had done his research on the venue and knew the best places to get some beautiful photos which meant there was no 'faffing' about. What we liked about Bill was his ability to capture our big day perfectly but in a natural and non obtrusive way - we hardly noticed he was there a lot of the time, especially during our ceremony. The disc we received capturing our full day really told a story and it's lovely to be able to look back with such fond memories. The task of narrowing down the shots for our album was a hard one as there was so many lovely photos. Bill was more than happy to photoshop any he could to remove any unwanted objects etc. We were more than happy with our final prints and would happily recommend Bill to anyone. Thanks again Bill!!!

We got married in August 2013 at All Saints Church in Lindfield and then went on to The Anchor Inn in Barcombe for the reception, with Bill Sykes as our photographer. After the initial meeting with Bill we knew straight away that he would do a great job of capturing the story of our wedding day. On the day Bill was unobtrusive and we were really impressed with the natural style of the photos that were taken. There was a good balance of photos of the bridal party as well as photos of our guests all in all capturing important, serious, funny, unique and fantastic moments from the day. The Anchor Inn in Barcombe is such a beautiful spot in the middle of Sussex countryside, Bill also did a wonderful job of taking advantage of the great location. Bill went over and above the call of duty with the photographs that he took on the day as well with the time and care spent on the final set of photographs that were sent over to us (including the amount of time that must have been spent on photoshopping out the odd random object that needed to be photoshopped!). We are really impressed with the quality of the photos and the memories from these photos will be treasured forever. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Bill Sykes to anyone who is getting married and needs a wedding photographer. Thanks Bill!
