        The reception staff, Doctors and nurses (the lovely Liv and Julie) have always been very accommodating and made sure any issues I've had were dealt with in the utmost professionalism and care. The only difficult experience is to try and keep the heart rate and blood pressure down when having to visit the lovely nurses. Keep up the great work everyone

        I am sure this surgery is great if you are at home all day and can work to the rigid appointment process - but if you have a full time job it is impossible to get an appointment. Unhelpful and patronising. Forced to move as of today as cannot believe that this is the same appalling level of service that is offered at all local surgeries.
