Worst set up Ive ever seen last year I Brought my daughter for her jabs as I live in Liss I thought they would be at the Liss Surgery I checked in sat down and waited 15 minutes for them to Then say I was meant to be at the liphook Surgery and as I had been sitting there for 15 minutes it meant I miss my appointment And would have to rebook I had taken the day off work so I would lose out on a days pay for nothing. Then again today I had to take my daughter for her jabs I made sure I went to the Liphook surgery I checked in and sat down and then after waiting was told I was meant to be at the other Liphook surgery again I had taken the day off work to be told I would have to rebook how many surgeries do you have

Absolutely appalling. I am switching to another practice. I was forced to have private tests done. Results back today and I do indeed have what they were refusing to believe I had. Obviously legal action will follow as I have been extremely ill for several years and this is the likely cause.certainly pays to have friends iohigh places. Thanks Rachel.
