Sukha Shala - Yoga For Happiness

Id never done yoga until I moved to Liskeard and found Christina at Sukha Shala in the high street. It has been the best thing I have ever done for myself, coming out of the pandemic her classes were friendly and inclusive, I have become more flexible, physically stronger and a calmer and more mindful person. We have a giggle and we have a good work out that always makes me feel so much better for going to class. This year I have booked to go on my first yoga retreat with Christina!

My Daughter has been on her journey with Christina for many years. Growing with her and understanding yoga. It's now a permanent joy that only grows more and more with her every session.

Great classes for all levels of ability, Christina is very thoughtful at planning classes to suit the seasons and tailoring to specific needs and a very friendly atmosphere, do what you can and have a chuckle along the way!

Just brilliant. Yin yoga is something else. I go to the Wednesday, soon to be Thursday class. Theres nothing quite like it ~ calms the mind, body and soul. The space is just beautiful in itself. Christina is an absolutely fantastic teacher, incredibly knowledgeable and just wonderful at what she does. Incredibly fortunate to have to have this so nearby. Cant recommend enough.
