Called in for a basic idea of dental cost for an old dog..... the nurse when asked for a ball park figure for an idea and immediatly started being evaisive wouldnt answer straight questions on the phone without a consultation....In my experience Theres open minded helpful customer service interactions with some businesses in and then theres evaisive money grabbing customer service This appeared to be the latter I genuinely thought about changing my pets vets prior to this telephone call.... now i 100% know im never gonna step through those doors ever. These clowns need to get a lesson in how to gain peoples trust and manage expectations ... if they think i would trust my dogs in their hands after that i think my review speaks for itself

The practice is so money orientated, was paying monthly for my dogs vets bills as she was quiet ill and then they wanted half of all my vets bills paid before i could collect my dogs ashes.... Even those i was told i could pay monthly as i have 3 other pets registered here. Plus the lady was so badly spoken and just kept contradicting herself. So disappointed with the whole practice
