Nice staff but near useless service due to the lack of everything really. I feel it's better to stick with a gp as you will be able to see or contact them on the day rather than seeing a psychiatrist. In 3 or 6 months. If you need a Psychologist it'll be more like 2 years or more. A lot more money needs to be thrown at mental health to help society.

The receptionist was very polite and friendly, as was the Psychiatrist, he was very understanding and professional ! Very calm atmosphere.

I have been with Trevillis for about 6/7 years and my experience has been entirely negative. I used to have an appointment each month with a CPN where I would be injected and asked how I was doing. Whenever I tried to explain I had not been well they would insist Oh, but you are fine and bundle me out the door in ten mins average. My CPN did not know what condition I had even though they claim to know me after six years, they then didn't believe I had the condition I told them I had even though I have been diagnosed for nearly a decade. I have not received the therapy I wanted although I have been asking since I joined with them 6/7 years ago. I recently asked for a new CPN who would listen to me and was given someone who hasnt contacted me at all in over four months even though the doctor has sent emergency letters about my condition. The staff here do not do their jobs and they do not care either. When I raise concerns they stick together or blame someone else for their incompetence. I am ignored. Their scores on inspections all come up good but I have not experienced any good care here. I am trying to make a complaint at the moment but the only phone number I can find has an answer machine only...perhaps because of all the complaints. Just dont bother with Trevillis, you will not be cared for.
