It was either my property was not something they wish to sell or at 16.35 he was more concerned about getting home, but 3 minutes for an valuation, without a discussion or a rough idea on price he would market our property.or even what we are hoping to replace it with, what ever % they charge, I always thought trying to purchase from them was hard enough as the Liskeard branch take forever to respond, but as a seller! Well, what a disgrace to the company! I would try another agency. From selling a farm to a waterside property, they have been disappointing, but the manager of the Liskeard branch is a disgrace. Totally wasted my time and even questioned my relationship with my husband! All in 3 minutes!

Excellent service from Sam and the team at Kivells on our recent sale. Would have no hesitation selling or buying through Kivells and feedback about market conditions both in the present term and future trends was very useful
