What an amazing experience from start to finish. I cannot praise this team enough for their professionalism, energy and efficiency. My beloved and battered car went in for repair, following an accident, and they took care of my every request. They did a superb job on my BMW X1, returning it to its former glory. In my opinion not a high standard paint job, dirt/dust, pitting and runs in the paint . Some lacquer missing. Unfortunately a spray card was not done to match the paint to the sides of the vehicle leaving me with an obvious colour mix match on both sides. When confronted I was told to take it up with the paint shop who mixed the paint and implied that I had had a good price for the work carried out which was to a very high standard, if this was the case I wouldnt have had to return for a repaint. They do not use a stand alone professional spray booth and items of mine were put outside to dry in the sun which caused imperfections. I guess if the vehicle was an old runaround I wouldnt be writing this review I would have said it looked better than it did, but if you are thinking about using this garage please make sure that the paint colour is correct before any work is carried out.
