Always in and out of this garage and found the girl with mousey brown hair glasses and her partner arguing and shouting discusting words, foul language and abuse to eachother in front of many customer on a number of occasions which I found very awkward and so did her partner that she was shouting at he looked soooooo embarrassed he is always very polite and helpful. I have gone to pay several times and noticed on the screen the prices were different so was being overcharged and had to ask for them to be corrected, but I wonder how many times I haven't noticed I had my suspicions about it as few of my friends have had the same thing and we wonder if she is keeping the difference it's only when I witnessed a customer buy some things and a 50g tobacco and didn't notice her put it in the bag the customer returned and confronted her about this and she looked about styling it out and said she didn't know where it was so him being an old man just asked to buy another one so she must of kept the tobacco or the money, I really think this needs to be looked at on the cameras as I'm sure with experience's I have had and witnessed to other people she is definitely up to something!!!! All the bad experience's I have had have always been with the same girl everyone else Is very helpful.

Shocking customer service at the BP petrol station in Liskeard. I was actually shaking and felt threatened as a woman after a male member of staff was shouting in my face. Can you please explain how do you get to employ someone like this?? I witnessed this particular member of staff being rude on number of occasions and because of it I normally avoid filling up the car here or using other services. I stopped here today to fill up the car as I forgot to do it at Morrisons. I parked up and was out of the car, with the hose in the car pretty much filling up when the member of staff run out of the shop shouting at me to move my car forward and fill up there. This is a very tight petrol station with no space when you have a bigger car to squeeze 2 cars in. There is also a very tight turning out of the petrol station so if you park up really forward, then the cars coming from left cant get out safely. I said I already started filling up but he said he will not authorise the payment! I was shocked at this point as I have done nothing wrong and frankly a male customer before me parked up the same way too and was not getting shouted at! I wonder if he thinks he can get away talking like this to women on their own! When I went inside to pay 4 for petrol as I was not allowed to fill up more in that spot he was raging and shouting. I really though he was going to attack me. There were few concerned customers that witnessed this and they were shocked! This member of staff is not safe around customers. He clearly has anger issues. I was very close to calling police. I will never go to this place again.
