        A little disappointed that I ordered a box of chocolate as a gift for a neighbour ,and when I took them to him he already knew about it . He visited the shop before my husband could collect the chocolates. This was supposed to be a surprise. Not very businesslike in my opinion

        I just wanted to say that I frequently go into the Health and Happiness shop in Liskeard. Im a big fan of the Dairy milk coated nuts, Yoghurt coated nuts, sesame biscuits, Bombay mix, sesame sticks. Recently I tried the Carob Ginger one word - Awesome! if you like ginger and chocolate this definitely is worth a try. I bought a small bag to see what was it was like I ended up going back and getting the larger bag. A side from buying light food snacks I have found Angie & Debbie to be so friendly and helpful. Always have time to have a chat if the shop isnt busy. There organic strong bread flour is also a winner. They sell so much more from spices, to organic teas, and much much more. Please support this local business, you wont be disappointed. Warm love to you all, Mike
