        Looked lovely, website said open until 5pm...we arrived at 4.05pm it was closed....

        Bought a pair of boots from them, (telling them I lived on a farm). Boots lasted 6 weeks before the soles were splitting, letting water in and causing the fabric to delaminate and pull out from the sole. Sole is also coming away from the boot at the arch of the boot.Very unhelpful lady in the shop suggested I have misused the 'fashion boots' and has refused to refund my money (although she offered a credit note, suggesting that she does accept some liability).
