!!!!BEWARE!!!! PREDATORY LETTING PRACTICES!!!!! S&C Estate Agent failed to disclose critical information on how the property was heated and ignored our requests for clarification which put my wife and child in a dangerous situation after we moved in. During the viewing there was a lot of inference regarding how the heating situation worked and the Estate Agent did absolutely nothing to correct it or speak to the statements we were saying. We discovered critical information after-the-fact when speaking with the Landlord that would have affected our decision to rent the property (which we suspect They knew). The Landlord stated hes even informed the Estate Agency of these facts which were not related to us and were left with nothing but pictures and a draw-your-own-conclusion Viewing. When asking the Agent questions it was all, Oh Im not sure, and, Ill get back to you on that they never wrote anything down and then left the company shortly after so no evidence. Going through their in-house Investigation procedure done by the parent company, Countrywide, was nothing more than a farcical, legal side-step (we found nothing wrong). BEWARE!!!

The girls at Liskeard's branch of Stratton and Creber were all very professional, friendly and super helpful. My move did not go as smoothly as we first thought but that said we got there in the end and they virtually held my hand all the way through, we had lived in our house for almost 50 years and so had never gone through this selling process before and they made it almost pain free. We would definately recommend using their services.
