Some of the nursing staff think there doctors by just cutting medication prescriptions in half as they feel fit when patients and there doctors have said they need that set Amount Also some of the nurses are rude and have no compassion for visitors or patients also gave my uncle oxygen when he didnt need it in order to make him cough to cause him discomfort Was in my opinion trying to get him to leave I feel sorry for anyone going here good luck

Thank you for allowing visitors not have too wear masks so much nicer talking to mother. You know had to lift the mask to give her a good bye kiss every time. Will leave two stars one lifting the masks must be worn an telling me where mother was placed. But not dealing with me, an rather women from the council who rather protect actions of another council worker recommending careers with no training. Sorry but no. I guess it changes. 2019 social worker brilliant very helpful an wanted to know the facts. this one in 2023 would not pee on her if on fire. Telling me i must rehire careers who I was sacking as were leaving rotten food for mum to eat an not dealing with water infections an charging a 1hours labour when being their 10-15minutes. No i do not except i must keep them hired. Am sorry you listened to them. Guess Derriford who removed my medical records of breaks to neck an back when me an mum went to bring civil case may not of helped. I expect they would defend the school an doctor who would not allow me treatment an falsely sedated mum. Leaving 2 stars only. thanks for carrying for her

Took someone for an appointment with Podiatry Dept on 5/4/23........A totally wonderful experience. All Staff very friendly and totally professional. Special thanks to Becky Derry and Josie for their incredible patience, empathy, gentleness and general kindness. A quality standard of care all round. Couldn't thank them enough!!

Huge thanks to everyone at Liskeard MIU this morning, especially Amy who was the nurse in charge of my care. I was seen immediately on entering the unit and my care was exemplary the whole time I was there. 90 minutes start to finish including X-rays. Every single person I saw was lovely, friendly and professional. Youre doing a great job - all of you and many thanks for my care today.
