We first had dealings with Heating South West, seven years ago when we wanted to purchase a oil fired cooker. They had a large range of cookers in their showroom, we found them very helpful. Following there advice and suggestion we purchased a Heritage cooker which they installed on time, and has performed better than we could have hoped for. A couple of years after this we wanted to upgrade our heating system. We spoke to them again and they suggested we used a Honeywell EcoHome system which has done what they said it would. We recently had a technical problem with the system, which they sorted out for us, although it was five or six years ago when we purchased it. Overall we have found them to be very helpful, knowledgable, with no pressure and having what we wanted in stock. So if we wanted a cooker or anything to do with heating, they would be the first company we would speak to.

From start to finish excellent service, installation very well done, no mess, everything left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this company if anyone is looking to have a wood burner installed. Richard installed ours and he is a perfectionist I rate this company a 101 out of 100
