        A good family firm and so knowledgeable. The owners Jim, Sam and Brian are so dedicated. However customer service care and attitude by the chap who is employed to coordinate call outs has much to be desired. He is rude and frankly not a good advocate for the company. Will not use again.

        The product is good but the serving call out times are a little longer than desirable. When there is a problem with your heating or hot water you need fast efficient help, unfortunately it can often take up to a week before an engineer is available. The person in charge of booking servicing appointments could also do with some customer service training or a different role!

        We had a Heritage range fitted and complete heating system. Also a fantastic Wooodwarm log burner with back boiler. The Heritage is fantastic., very efficient and easy to use. Keeps our house cosy all the time. All the work they have done has been 5-star including the servicing. I can highly recommend Heating South West. Thank you Jim and all the team.
