Very slow to react. Low performance issues and bad communication. Ended up cancelling their services and having to go elsewhere. They have still not contacted me since notice of cancellation. Very poor.

Used Martins services as we required a structural engineer. Martin went above and beyond this service as we had to get back in contact after he provided us with his report and continued to over additional information outside the of the service we paid for. Professional, approachable, affordable, flexible and considering. Highly recommended. Shane.

We engaged Martin Perry Associates to advise us whilst we made structural modifications to our home. The advice was second to none from the start, their drawings were clear and Richard made himself available to answer any queries and support us as the building work got underway. We are glad we chose Martin Perry Associates and will be engaging them for our next project.

After a flood in our holiday flat in Cornwall, Martin oversaw the process of restoring the place to its former glory and always had our interests at the forefront of things. Communication was key as we were abroad during the whole process and Zoom meetings plus his efficient email communication really helped to guide and reassure us through the process. In fact we have ended up with Martin's help, enhancing a key aspect of the property. We were also delighted with the builders/decorators that Martin recommended. Highly recommend Martin and his team.
