        Abysmal! Twice I've been to this shop and both times Russell said the jobs I wanted doing were too technical. The first time I asked if he could service/bleed my brakes and the second time was to swap the bushings from one rear shock to another. It would have been difficult for him to have displayed any less interest in helping.

        Major calamity when grandsons hard earned bike suffered a serious mishap on a trail ride. All was replaced and repaired within a few days and for much less than I had anticipated. Amazing!
