I purchased a ceramic item (Leach pottery) at a recent auction on the 24 November 2022. The entire process was easy from requesting and receiving a condition report with excellent additional photographs to the in-house packing and postage service. All the process was dealt with professionally and with alacrity. The packaging was superb and it arrived this morning (6 days just after the auction) - First class from start to finish

Realising I was not local they automatically offered me a post and packing price, this was reasonable and the books I purchased arrived very quickly and very well packed, I certainly will recommend this auction house - so many are lazy and charge a fortune for P & P !

I purchase rare items in auctions around the world every week. Yesterday I purchased a very rare piece in Clarks auctions on the telephone. They sent superb images showing all details I required and called me in good time, were friendly, and today they have posted my piece. AMAZING service. I purchase regularly from Christie's, Bonham's and Sotheby's, and their services are very slow compared with this gem of an auction house. I live in Glasgow and won a lovely item in this auction. It was large & fragile so I was a bit nervous of it arriving in one piece. It arrived promptly, beautifully wrapped and safe. The auctioneers communication and service is excellent. Very highly recommended indeed.
