        The man on the call to book the taxi was extremely rude and I wont be using the service again just because of him

        He has a brash and rude manner. Later I called back to cancel as a friend offered to give me a lift. He hung up the phone even though I wanted to book him later! He was also charging 50% more than Uber! Which Id happy to do if the service was excellent...
