Hamptons were quick to arrange and host a series of viewings leading to a number of offers. Tom Slight stayed on top of the chain of transactions and kept us informed all the way to completion. We are very happy with the service provided and guidance through some twists and turns along the way. All staff we dealt with were genuinely friendly and helpful a very agreeable experience overall.

Brilliant team work from Hamptons who worked hard to push our sale through covering all of the bases with onward chain and all solicitor parties. Fantastic attention to detail and made a tricky process seem easier. Highly recommended.

Tom at Hamptons Liphook delivered what I can only describe as the best service I have ever encountered from a sales agent in many many property sales over the last 35 years. Up for sale on the Saturday and three offers over the asking price within 48 hours. Diligent persistence during a convoluted exchange process, nothing to do with covid just 'issues with the 'professionals'. Exchanged today in a 4-chainer after around 75 days and that was down to long delays from local search otherwise it would have been much quicker. We move into out new home in 8 days time. Thanks Tom, Suzanne and Guy at Hamptons. The invoice came quicker than the offers!! :-)
