        I have waited over a week - - since returning from my holiday - - I have not had any explanation for the failure of the firm to take us to Heathrow. We had a flight booked for 5.30 AM. Car to arrive at 4 AM. When the taxi had not arrived by 4.30 we had to take a car, arrange long stay parking ! Not the stress free journey we had expected.. No explanation has been offered, no apology, no compensation for the trauma caused by the failure of this firm to arrive at the booked time. A totally unprofessional way to run a business. I am considering writing to the council to report this firm. If only to prevent other families suffering the same stress that we experienced,.
