Booking for another year - finally we can get away....ok so its all been rubbish and holidays were a distant memory and had to cancel but we followed all instructions from Affinity had insurance etc and now we are ready to go again- have stayed in Villa rochas 3 times now and wow cant wait to get there again...glad you managed to get through the hell of the last 18 months......

We hit last minute changes this year with the pandemic and thought we might lose the week we'd fully paid for but Affinity Villas were very helpful and in liaison with the Villa owner we were able to take an alternative week. We subsequently enjoyed and excellent time away in a fabulous villa and definitely recommend this company

Wonderful family holiday in Casa Conchita. We were very pleased with the help we received at this hard time from AV they explained every detail required to travel with the Covid situation and truly delivered on quality. Our villa was superb and the transfer that they arranged was very prompt, very comfortable, very safe and very friendly. Thanks Affinity.

Unfortunately they decided to keep our 1800 deposit for a week in May last year. They wouldn't refund or even offer us alternative dates. Obviously it was illegal for anyone to travel or indeed meet up in Portugal yet they wouldn't help me at all. Really disappointing as we would have happily rebooked for 2021. I wouldn't trust this company i am afraid.

Awful company with bullying tactics - Booked a holiday prior to the pandemic and our departure is during the pandemic, no flexibility, have kept our entire deposit, just ask us to pay the remainder full balance or we break our T&C's Clearly we are not stupid enough to loose a further 8k. So our deposit is lost, no flexibility to move dates, or work with customers or villa owners. Complete sharks, we also be reporting to the Ombudsmen. Hope their short term gain costs their business, check out the trust pilot reviews of similar instances.
