Liphook Village Surgery have been fantastic since I moved in a year ago. I have a number of issues and they have always been prompt with telephone appointments and prescriptions. You can phone the in the morning for a consultation or fill in an online form out of hours. I really cannot fault them.

Booking system is still a disgrace. They make it almost impossible to get an appointment. The response below was incorrect. I have only had difficulty booking since post covid. Receptionist very unhelpful. Abysmal. Appointment booking procedure is a disgrace. Repeat prescriptions delayed due to doctor having not signed the form. Used to be excellent. The new merger is a failure in my view.

Plus side was the receptionist was personable and pleasant to talk to. To the not so great: It was my first time calling the surgery, waited over 10mins just to get through to reception, only to find out there are no appointments available at that surgery or even the other one in Liphook. Have to go to the one in Liss instead. The NHS app doesn't work at the moment either, so recommending using that is a complete waste of time. To top it off, she couldn't even give me the full address for this new surgery, because the postcode was written with an '&' sign instead of 7. (I had to look it up for her whilst on the phone, so she could correct it on their system). Just poor.

A few weeks ago I attended the Liphook Village Surgery. I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for such wonderful, compassionate care. I was seen firstly by Dr McEvoy who was exceptionally kind and thorough and really helped to ease my anxiety. I also saw the wonderful Practice Nurse Jacinta who went over and above with her professionalism and kindness. I am so grateful for all you do. Thank you.
