Receptionist always friendly. DRs fab. Nurses fab. Phlebotomists fab. Pharmacist fab. (And any other team member Ive not mentioned - youre no doubt fab).
Been fab for my family. They currently operate on a named Dr basis; call on day Dr is in, they will call back and see you if needed. You can also send GP messages for certain things via online service. Urgent appointments always triaged on the day if needed.
You guys are great. Thank you.
