        Lorraine definitely provides a 5* treatment for all her feline guests and their pets ;) Our boys were so well looked after and we were kept regularly informed of how they were doing that any concerns we had about leaving them melted away. The service is definitely a home-away-from-home and continues afterwards with going home care packages! I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

        Longcroft Cat Hotel is exceptional! I left my 2 cats there for 2 weeks, and they loved it! The owner is super caring and you can tell she loves cats. I love the fact that they send you pictures of your cat every 2 days, it was always the highlight of my day. My cats even got Christmas crackers on Christmas. I will be 100% dropping off my cats here again when I go on holiday. Would totally recommend!!

        Excellent customer service from start to finish. Lorraine and Adrian clearly adore cats, and take great care of them. Lovely accommodation, regular updates with photos to let you know how they are doing. Thoroughly recommend!
