I highly recommend Amy and CambHost. I started as a new Airbnb host six months ago and Amy gave me a lot of practical advice and support in getting my flat Airbnb ready and has been an excellent partner in managing the flat ever since. Amy has been a great help at getting pricing right - its a delicate balance between being competitive, maximising revenues and minimising unbooked nights. When something goes wrong (broken washing machine, broken loo, broken door etc - weve had the lot!), Amy has been great in getting it sorted whilst keeping the guests happy. Amy is super responsive and genuinely cares about high standards and a great experience for our guests. She takes onboard feedback constructively, and is always seeking to improve the service with innovations. With Amys help, we got Superhost status at first opportunity after 10 CambHost are really excellent and I dont know how I would do it without them!

Having experienced the services of two major support companies with our Airbnb property in Cambridge, we can say that finding Amy and family at Cambhost was a stroke of luck. They provide a faultless service and think of everything from cleaning and linen to communication with guests that is second to none. We highly recommend Cambhost to anyone thinking of using a Airbnb Host Management service in the Cambridge area.

Highly recommended! Amy has been running our Airbnb extremely well, always fast to respond to any communications from guests, cleaning the property to a high standard, she's also sorted out any issues that have come up. A well organised, friendly and efficient service.

Couldnt recommend Takecare BnB more, we have a property in Cambridge that they manage. They really go out of their way to go the extra mile and make our home, a home from home, for our guests.
