    Flaxfields Limited has just taken over as the managing agent theyre the 3rd agent since 2020 who have refused to document illicit activities that has taken place. The board of directors of the residential management company allowed their son to carry out his illicit activities on communal grounds. Today this is the response I have received from Jonathan Coles Managing Director. Hi Milon Just to let you know Ive had to delete your recent post. Whilst it may have been relevant at the time, we are all aware of it and there is no reason to drag up the past if we are intending to constructively move forward. Jonathan Coles Managing Director Flaxfields Limited Update 17:28 30 minutes after posting this I received an email demanding full payment in service charge. 10 Mar 2023 Jonathan Coles suggested to the previous Managing Agent to get paid for issuing a share certificate by hand that had taken them 6 months to transfer (legal limit within 2 months). This just shows there is zero accountability in this field. 22 Mar 2023 Notice of action full amount due 0000 within 7 day warning additional fee of 180.00 will be added if not. 24 March 2023 Credit note. 28 March 2023 New demand 25% less than the Notice of action. Flaxfields or the RMC never sent a withdrawal letter.

    I have personally not experienced any of the friendliness stated in the other feedback. Most of the messages are not personal at all and sound like auto generated. I was merely travelling for a few months a missed a claim for a share cost of a carpet in a building for 255, due to which, within less than 2 months, Flaxfields already sold this claim to a debt collection agency, who charge an extra 114, while Flaxfields themselves couldnt help but to add on another 180 for their 'efforts' in selling this off. Came back from the trip, settled the payments immediately and sent an email with apologies explaining the circumstances. Received an unhelfpul response from Sarah Coles which made it sound like I am a criminal, asking me to speak to debt collecting agency. Meanwhile all the previous service charges of a much larger amount were paid on a timely basis. But nope, for a one off 255 they just had to sell to debt collection, and hit you with more than twice the original amount which was not even 2 months and only one single bill was missed.. Terrible selfish agent that does not care about the impact on the actual owners. The fact that this is family run is even worse.. the MD (I believe husband) lacks any form of objectivity. An official complaint on accounts led by Sarha Coles is rejected by Sarah Coles herself, beyond unprofessional.
