Symonds House had a place for her so we moved her.....
What a clean, caring, welcoming home Symonds House is. She has gained 2 kgs in just 4 weeks and all staff we have met in this space of time are smashing.
We could go and visit in the other home and no-one would acknowledge you are there. Symonds staff have time to chat to visitors and the care my mother-in-law has received since taking up residency has been fantastic.
Keep up the great work all at Symonds and thank you all for everything you are doing to care for her.
