Update: May 2021: I had a call from Scott, a director or the business who, with his research head on linked my previous custom with them to my profile name. Scott was humble and apologetic and explained although the attitude was not acceptable, the challenges of the pandemic may have played a part in the call however not an excuse. So I was in error. We do have a local business that cares
