We booked Allstar Cleaning to do an end-of-tenancy clean for us and were incredibly professional from start to finish! From the moment of enquiry, their communication was excellent and, on the day, they arrived bang on time and worked tirelessly for 6 hours. They did a full clean of the house, plus cleaning the carpets, windows, oven and fridge. Their attention to detail was spot-on and we were very impressed with the level of work - plus, they were very friendly and respectful. We can't recommend them highly enough! I booked AllStar for an end of tenancy cleaning service with added carpet and upholstery. While the staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful I'm sorry to say the service wasn't up to the standard of my letting agent (who to be fair said allstar are 'usually fairly good'). On this occasion, they were required to call back twice after the original clean to follow up on problem areas (e.g. dusting and hoovering) which they did, but it was still not good enough as my landlord ended up having to finish off parts of the cleaning himself (in particular the upholstery which still had water stains). I did get my full deposit back in spite of the issues mentioned because I had a good relationship with my landlord, although the letting agent was prepared to make a case for him to withhold some of it.
