        I truly love Hayleys Yoga and I look forward to our classes both via zoom and in person. Hayley has a gentle calming way about her and this radiates through her teaching style. Hayley changes yoga flows and poses each week, so her classes never feel repetitive . I have noticed since joining the class, my balance and stamina have improved.

        Friendly, fun, calm and peaceful. Great classes all different times even online from home. Always feel relaxed and happy after an hour with Hayley. Highly recommend

        Hayley is a very experienced, very thorough and very dedicated teacher. As an inexperienced yoga student, it was lovely to attend such a friendly class, and have Hayley work with me, to ensure, I am in the correct position, was absolutely brilliant. She is very personable and so am able to message her outside the class. She has even sent recordings so I can practice from the comfort of my own home between classes. She is absolutely brilliant! And everyone should give it a go. Look forward to a long relationship with this group!

        Just love yoga with Hayley! Consider myself a relative newcomer to the world of yoga. She caters for all levels by giving variations on all the poses and as a result the class groups are a real mix of abilities. Highly recommend.
