        Driver received call when driving. Picked up phone and held in lap looking at screen and trying to answer then raised to ear. Illegal and dangerous.

        I called for a taxi last night, as I was giving the post code he decided it wasnt worth picking me up and said something rude and hung up the phone so deffo wouldnt be using
