My family and I used Alex Jones Funeral Directors when my later mother passed away in September 2022. We chose a cremation service and a interment of ashes (which is to follow). I can only describe the service as impeccable. I honestly am unable to fault anything. The kindness shown was amazing. The time taken to explain options, respond to emails, and answer questions as well as allowing ample time for family to visit the chapel of rest was never a problem. Courteous, professional and kind staff as well as owners and management. Have meant we have used their services in Lingfield not only for my late mother but also for my grandparents. Long may they last and thank you very much for Making the process one less thing to worry about at time when youre emotional.
