Spoke to someone who couldn't actually prescribe medication, after requesting a doctor, informed them I can't take eye drops and have tried over the counter Hay fever medication and it hasn't worked, they then prescribed the same over the counter stuff and eye drops, turned it down and will just put up with it until the end of the season.

Even though the surgery is under a lot of pressure at the moment, they still managed to offer me an appointment over the phone within a few hours of requesting even though it was not urgent. Thank you for all your hard work at the surgery

Vast majority of parking spaces reserved for the staff. Only 2 disabled spaces available for their patients. This mirrors their general attitude. They are doing you a huge favour to talk to you, especially if you are elderly. Don't expect caring or considerate treatment, you most definitely will not get it.

The only reason this isn't widely known as the worst surgery in the country is because they keep clearing their reviews.
