The Lingfield Practice

When seeing gp clinical pharmacist and nurses I have been very happy. What I'm not happy with is the very poor website and appt booking system. Unbelievable that the form to complete for routine appt is not available to complete outside office hours. What century are they in !!!

The worst doctors surgery! Had more then one bad experience with the doctors here, mum shaming me for my daughter not getting her vaccine when I said over and over I wasnt comfortable with her having them (from passed experience) to having a appointment that I waited for two weeks asked if I could ask a question concerning my medication for my mental health which I have dealt with for years the doctor told me no I cant ask any questions concerning another problem in this apartment to book another (two appointments together) for me to talk to her about it and the only appointment I could get was in another 3 weeks time I will be leaving this surgery and find another one that the doctors actually listen to you

If you manage to see someone, they are very good. Trying to get a reply or an appointment though is a dark art which I havent mastered.

Its taken me months to book an appointment and finally got it booked this morning surprise surprise got text message cancelling that appointment due to doctor in snow and rescheduled this afternoon I work Ive arranged and scheduled around original appointment Ive rang the surgery waited 15 minutes to get through they make it so hard just to get an appointment thats without getting any further treatment I might need whats happened with our GPs. Really concerning

0830 the phone lines open. At 08:30:05sec I call for an emergency app and in 5 seconds all appointments have gone and I am 14th on hold on the phone. This surgery's appointment service has not improved since the changes to booking and the periodical release of appointments by he manager. This isn't good enough. I've not booked appointments for myself because I know I just won't get them, what's the point? How many others must feel like this and suffer? Something has to change.
