        Drove 250 miles (5hrs) from London to Darlington to buy a Prius for 24k. First dealt with Micheal Duckworth who was great from start to end but had to deal with Adrian on a day that Micheal was absent and also in person when we drove there. Absolutely awful, very rude, very abrupt and highly disrespectful. He gave incorrect information multiple times then went on to deny saying anything he had said previously. Absolutely awful service from Adrian, big thanks to Micheal for looking after us
