Had my mums stairlift fitted for few months now & never had any problems with this company, I would highly recommend them. Great customer service & out the same day when had trouble with remotes, would definitely give them 10/10 for the service they give

DO NOT BOTHER! The call out from August 2021 hasn't been carried out and neither has the one booked for today, leaving my mother unable to use the thing! If you want to pay for an ornament then this is your guy! Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. No customer care whatsoever! Quick to take money and run! If you say you are going to do something, call back on a certain day, visit and check the shoddy equipment on a certain day...do it! This guy opens his mouth and lies. Go somewhere else! In response to your comment...it was for my mother! I hope this rectifies the review and reason for this review. She called on Friday and.you were supposed to be out on Monday...you called today - Tuesday! The fact that you left her without the proper use of it...it is intermittent and always has been from day one!
