Nicola Veal - Harpist and Music Teacher

Nicola played during our drinks reception at our wedding back in April 2022. Everything she played was truly beautiful and set the tone perfectly for our drinks reception and wedding breakfast that followed. We have had so many comments from our guests on how beautifully Nicola played, it was a real treat to listen to her. Nicola was so kind and accommodating in the lead up to the wedding too which we really appreciated. Thank you again!

Nicola is incredibly talented and we feel so lucky that she was a part of our day. We met Nicola at a wedding showcase at our venue and quickly found her to be firstly as mentioned very talented, but also friendly and professional. She navigated us through our postponement due to covid and regularly kept in touch. We had so many compliments about her on the day and after. Thank you so much!

Nicola's beautiful music really made our ceremony and drinks reception special. She was a pleasure to work with in the run up to the wedding. We had to postpone several times but nothing was too much trouble. The music played was so lovely and fitted perfectly with what we had asked for. If you're looking for a Harpist for your wedding, book Nicola Veal! We booked Nicola back in 2019 for our 2020 wedding and obviously that didn't happen but Nicola was so understanding and accomodating and moved our booking to the following year without any hassle, queries or extra money. She was very responsive to emails over the 2 years that we were in contact even with the pandemic, friendly and professional but not in too formal a way. Nicola played during our guests arrival/ceremony/drinks and wedding breakfast and is 10000000% worth the money. She was honestly the best when it came to our music choices as we did end up asking for quite a few song requests that weren't part of her song list and she really did them justice, especially Moonlight Densetsu from Sailor Moon which I doubt would be a common request! My only regret is that we didn't get enough of the music on video which is a shame. I've always wanted a Harpist to play at my wedding and I'm so glad we came across Nicola (I think on google searching for Harpists near East Sussex) as she was perfect! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Nicola! You really helped make our wedding more special and it definitely wouldn't have been the same without you there.

Nicola was everything I could have imagined and more. Her music was perfect and set the day up beautifully. I could hear Nicola setting up her harp from my bridal room and it was lovely to listen to. Our guests commented on the lovely music. Thank you Nicola for such a wonderful set. I would recommend Nicola to anyone that wants a beautifully elegant sound for their day.
