Been looking for a window cleaner for about a year. A window cleaner who will clean my windows and not give me excuses and who will actually bother to turn up. This company emailed me back after enquiring about their services. They stated that they offer a free first clean to see how I like their services. I waited for the booked appointment day from the start of May till May 29th (the cleaning day). So by now my windows were filthy. I came home from work to find.......
Zero evidence of any window cleaning. No water on the ground, windows still have the same bird plop and cobwebs as they did the night before. I left a message on the company voicemail but no reply and no explaination. Did the company go bust during May? Or theyre a dodgy rogue company or theyre just bloody lazy, (like all window cleaners it seems).
Not sure where they get all the 5 stars from. Probably a paid rater to make them look good.
I suggest cleaning your windows yourself. Ill be spending my next day off hanging out my first floor flat windows once again...
