They operated on the wrong leg of my dog, leaving her needing reconstructive surgery. They also didn't even do the correct operation. It's cost us 12000 to get her walking again. They haven't said sorry. The vet is under investigation . We've been treated appallingly. They've even tried to blame us. They've called us awful names. I've been sent threatening messages. The management just care about money and clearly not about animals. Happy to provide proof to anyone who wants it, as I've kept records.
