My dog recently passed away her name was Betsy I couldnt have asked for a better vets to have her in they were so respectful & compassionate I cant thank the team enough for everything they did for Betsy. Anyone looking for a vets for their little animal I would highly recommend Linc vet.

We have spent quite a bit of time at the vets with our cat this week. Each vet has made sure they knew what had been happening with our boy and they have all been so lovely. They've helped us to make the right decision and been so empathetic. This includes the receptionist as well. Thank you so much for your empathy, conversations and kind words. We will never forget that. Xx

I've had a very bad experience at the Birchwood branch on Friday where a receptionist (not the two on the photo on google) was appallingly rude and condescending. I had to walk out and not reschedule the appointment. I've raised a complaint so now waiting to hear of the outcome.
