        Recently bought a 2017 Skoda Fabia Estate Monte Carlo. From start to finish, great customer service from Richardsons. Staff were happy to let us browse and look around, not pushy but were on hand when we had any questions. When the sale was agreed, we were offered a very fair trade in price on our part exchange. While the vehicle was being prepared for sale, they were happy to sort any problems that arose. The car was supplied with a full MOT and they had even corrected any advisories on that MOT before handover. Not many dealers would do that. Overall very impressed and would have no hesitation recommending and would go back again when I am next looking for a change in the future. Many thanks

        Only bought a cheap run around, but customer service was excellent. Clutch went and the water pump failed within a couple of days they sorted both under warranty. You can't say fairer than that. Will definitely buy fro them again.
