        Zero communication and zero effort to meet timescales. Been waiting for a simple quote for so long we've now given up. Phoned him dozens of times with no response. The only time he picked up, he gave an excuse then immediately failed to meet the new timeline. Go somewhere else.

        Came to look at a leather chair which needs a new cushion in late January, had no direct contact since..phoned twice to chase but still waiting! If you only want a small job fixing, I wouldnt bother!
