        Van got called in on a brake down with emissions fault warning light 12 days later still not fixed get lied to by reception saying van is in work shop when it wasn't then they will clear fault send ya on your way for 30 mins till fault coming bk thought computer told them how to fix it so not sure y this would happen van only 6 months old not a good exemple for a main dealer service manger does not call you think he must be too embrassed

        Rang last Wednesday re my iveco gearbox failure, due to being busy the mechanic was unable to help. Just tried ringing to get some advice / book the van in, after 16 mins no reply. Surely someone could have picked the phone up and said hello we are busy.
