        27 January can't gain access fob not opening door. Ticket office aware but doing nothing. No replacement fobs to try out.

        I paid 10 each for access fobs for my wife and I a couple of years ago, and both worked very well. However both fobs have since stopped working! The ticket office have no replacement fobs to offer, so they gave me a customer services email address, and customer services havent even acknowledged my request for help. Very frustrating.

        Very useful secure bike shed next to the train station. You have to sign up and pay a deposit for a key fob to use it.
