    Despicable company. ..they stole money from my elderly mother because they refused to refund an overpayment by cheque after she had left the company and I wasn't comfortable giving them the bank details again , SO THEY KEPT THE MONEY !!! avoid these cowboys at all costs .

    Avoid. My 84 year old father ended his contract almost nine months ago. Due to a technical error on their part, he continues to receive letters from this company demanding he pay them for a service which he has already cancelled. Dispicable company.

    Bad, every time I had a problem it was somehow my fault, (even when the the BT engineer told me it was a fault in the wiring outside my house)

    Been with Hive Telecom for years. They were great until I had a problem! My broadband keeps dropping most days. Sometime minutes, sometimes days without it. This has been happening for 4-5 months. Their customer services are totally disinterested. They keep telling me someone will get back to me and no one ever does. They did get an Openreach engineer here a few weeks ago, but it hasn't fixed the problem. Reported, yet again today. Yet again, I'm still waiting for the promised phone call. And still no internet at 10pm. Asked to speak to a manager or the owner. Was told there was no one in the office. Asked for them to call me when they were in. Was told to write in. Asked for money back as I wasn't getting the service I am paying for. She said that wasn't possible!!!!! I'm off! This company is dreadful when you have a problem!! Lousy technical support, dreadful customer service. Loyalty means nothing!! Livid!! I have been so patient, and now I am made to feel I am a nuisance calling every time my internet is down!! TERRIBLE COMPANY! Do NOT use!!!
