        Dreadful! I hired them to survey a bungalow I was considering and on the strength of the survey I bought it. Couldn't really do a follow up visit as I was moving from Devon to Leasingham during lockdown. They have cost me a lot of money due to the faults they missed including a rotten conservatory roof, cracked toilet, cracked bathroom sink, faulty double glazing to name but a few. I can only assume they did the survey on a drive by in their car!

        We used Lincolnshire Surveyors to do a full building survey on our new house. We got the appointment through quickly, we were even offered a follow-up phone call after the survey was done so we didn't have to wait for the final write up. When the survey did come back, it didn't take long, it was very thorough and lots of photos and everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. We also had the option to speak to the surveyor again if there was anything we wanted to discuss, although everything we needed was provided, so we didn't feel the need to. I can highly recommend using this company and the full survey was worth every penny. There were lots of things we would never have spotted ourselves and we now have the perfect starting point of what to fix first when we move in. Thanks for everything :)
