All the reception staff are so helpful and have all the qualities of being well trained In all areas They work hard and get some very stupid selfish feedback these people should think before they write The phones are not ignored they are answered with care and attention empathy and concern Be patient your call will be answered I have waited for ages to get through because they are so busy So all you negative people out there Try a little harder to be understanding Of these busy times THANK YOU

A really poor surgery. Terrible service with staff blatantly ignoring the phone. Ask my GP, online messenger service is a total cop out and that is only available until 2pm.

Have had no real problems with this surgery. I use the Ask my GP app and never really have to speak to a receptionist. Ive always had an answer on the app and generally my request has been addressed the same day. The only problem with this app is you have to get in early otherwise it becomes offline and you have to have to wait until tomorrow. Unfortunately i think the days of ringing your GP and getting a same day appt are over. I worked as a doctors receptionist many years ago and i know how hard it is trying to accommodate everyones needs. The doctors and nursing staff are good here considering they cater for such a large catchment area. Houses a being built right left and centre in and around Waddington...where are all these patients supposed to go? This surely puts pressure on this surgery
